Mississauga’s real estate remains to be a 2021 hotspot

There are a lot of buyers looking for houses for sale in Mississauga from outside the city!

Others are looking to upsize but do not want to leave Mississauga. Looking at prices of homes for sale in Mississauga, it is more expensive compared to Brampton and Milton but affordable than Toronto, Vaughan and some areas of Markham.

Plenty of neighbourhoods in Mississauga are preferable to call it home, due to its close proximity to downtown Toronto, transit accessibility, schools and neighbourhood housing development. Buyers looking for a house or condo for sale in Mississauga are looking to settle in different areas of the city for different reasons according to their needs and affordability.

The Hurontario LRT project announcement has changed the Mississauga real estate especially the community around City Centre. It is no longer just a place closed to Square One. There are plenty of new developments going in the neighbourhood as this area is going to become even more connected. There will be a lot new settlers looking for condos for sale around City Centre in Mississauga as it is well connected to employment opportunities in down town Toronto and around GTA.

Community around Cooksville is increasingly gaining momentum because of the Cooksville Go station. As buyers look for a better value and more space, little outside from City Centre drive, this area becomes another hotspot for investors and first time homebuyers looking for house for sale around Cooksville Go station. Another attraction is one of the best authentic cuisine restaurants located around Cooksville for a fine dining or a quick pick up after a busy day at work.

Another community in south Mississauga with few pockets of affordable housing is Clarkson. It is located on the border of some of the most luxurious and plush neighbourhoods of Mississauga and is going to have an upward trajectory in Mississauga’s real estate market. It is well connected to Go Train lines and close to lake and conservation areas.

Streetsville is another neighbourhood said to be the Port Credit of the North which has seen a remarkable increase in the house prices recently. It has its own Streetsville Go station and some awesome schools and parks. It has a community vibe and charming feel to it with best local shops and restaurants around it. Houses in Streetsville for sale are available at various different price points providing a small town vibe with good connectivity to transit facilities. It is one of the growing hotspots like many other communities around Mississauga.
